A complete set includes the native envelope and matching raffia border, special tissue wrap, 1 page main invitation with your choice of border design, and 1 page entourage list, rsvp card with return envelope and special mailing envelope, blank name tag to write the name of your guests.
I. WHAT WE OFFER
We are very glad to offer you our services. We are a Full-service Bridal & Party
Shop offering a complete line of wedding and party essentials from wedding gowns to
photography. We take great pride in providing high quality and
excellent products and services including the design and creation of
personalized, unique and creatively crafted invitations. You can mix and
match the elements featured in all of our invitations posted on our website
or we can come up with something really different or customized for you that
will match your taste, theme, color motif and style
II. OUR PRINTING METHOD
THERMOGRAPHY (raised fonts or embossed)
Minimum: 100pcs
Thermography is our classic method where you can feel the fonts raised.
Turnaround is 3 to 4 weeks after submitting the layout to press.
Gold and Silver Font will incur an additional cost per piece to print.
III. TO ORDER A SAMPLE
Since all our invites are custom-made and labor-intensive, and costly to
produce, we don't really run copies to send as samples. When requesting for a
sample, only existing printed invitation cards may be sent to you so you can see
and feel our quality of printing. We shall try our best to include the
packaging of your chosen design in the sample but we do not promise (only if
materials are available).
We shall require a deposit of Php5,000.00 when requesting for a sample. This
will be deducted from your total bill less a nominal fee of Php1,000.00
(payment for the actual sample) when you proceed with your order. Should you
cancel your order, your total deposit of Php5,000.00 will be forfeited (we
are thankful that we have never experienced forfeiture in all our 9 years in
business. Your order with us is a worthy expense and a great value-for-your-money). We promise you that your guests will be delighted to receive your unique and creative invitations that can only come from The Perfect Invitation Superstore.
Mailing cost will be charged at cost to you and must be remitted along with your downpayment for the sample. We ship through FedEx unless you have your own courier service that you would like us to use and be charged to you collect.
Once you approve the actual shipping cost and has remitted the money, the sample is immediately shipped to you.
IV. PRICES (In Philippine Peso)
Prices of invitations have the following price brackets:
A. Classic Designs (card type only with minimum embellishments) - Php250 to Php275 per pc
B. Contemporary Designs (a combination of digital and classic design with special box-type envelope) - Php275 to Php350 per pc
C. Elegant Designs (with special packaging, box, and elegant embellishments) - Php350 to 550 per pc / Php575 – up
D. Custom-made Designs (designs following your own style and idea) – Php450 - up

Please note that all our invitations can be adapted to your theme and color motif so please feel free to choose the design that you like most and we'll have it designed according to your preference.

VI. COLOR MOTIF

We shall try our best to get the closest shade of paper, ribbon and other materials to match your chosen color.
VII. PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
As our invitations are highly personalized and customized according to your
specifications, the whole production takes 3 to 4 weeks after your final
editing and approval of the layout.
Editing is done through email.
VIII. DEPOSIT/ BALANCE / SHIPPING COST
Deposits are required as soon as you make your final order. You can either
pay in full (to avoid further bank charges) or pay just the 60% deposit and
the balance to be paid upon pick-up or before the shipment. Production lead
time for the native materials and other elements of some designs takes some
time, so we encourage you to book ahead of time.
Balance payable upon pick-up or before shipment.
Most of our customers are overseas based. We ship our invites through FEDEX.
Shipment takes 2 to 4 days depending on location. You can check this link:

of your invitations. Shipping cost will be charged at cost to you also
before shipment.
IX. METHODS OF PAYMENT
A.CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS - We accept credit card payments through PayPal
(however, there will be a 4% bank charge to withdraw the amount locally).
B.CASH – through bank-to-bank transfer to our Philippine Bank Account (Union Bank)
C. DOOR-TO-DOOR MONEY TRANSFER
D. BANK OF AMERICA – we can accept payments through our account in Bank of America
(however, a 4% bank charge to withdraw the amount locally will
be added to your total cost).
